long time... not much change

I've let this blog fall by the way-side.

With the amount of work/study I've had going on, the gym/my weight has not been a big priority.

Looking back at my last post, which was on the 1 May, sad to say that in almost 2 months by weight has only dropped by 0.7kg.

My weight today (27 June) was 55.5kg, body fat 29.3%.

However, keeping it in perspective, when I started this blog my weight was 60.7kg, so I have lost over 5kg, which isn't to be sneezed at.

As long as it keeps slowly going down rather than up, I can't complain.
