I'm trying to get back on track. After having a few terrible weeks (damn you Easter Eggs!) my weight actually had stayed the same, which is great.
Yesterday (Sunday 26 April) I was 57.5kg and body fat 30.5%. I went to a Body Pump class yesterday - my first one ever. I'm feeling it today but I guess that means it did some good! I want to go to Body Combat tonight.
The Biggest Loser (Australia) finale is tonight - maybe the transformations will encourage me!
