In the past when I've been on a diet I have weighed myself every day. But I'm been trying to get out of that habit, and now I remember why!
Sunday: 59.2kg - not overly happy but as I posted I was glad it went down at all.
Monday: 59.1kg - surprised. I ate junk on Sunday
Today (Tuesday): 59.4kg - annoyed! I hardly ate anything yesterday because I've been feeling sick (sore throat/cold) but I still forced myself to go to the gym. I thought for sure I would have lost some weight.
