I just completed a "Real Age" test ... apparently my Real Age is 27.4 - that's higher than my actual age but lower than I thought it would be.
Major problem is my diet, which apparently:
Doesn't contain enough whole grains, potassium, calcium, viatmin E, folic acid, vitamin C, or veggies
I don't eat breakfast every day
I eat too much red meat
In terms of exercise, I don't do enough cardio and I'm neglecting my muscles.
